• Apply over clean skin 15-30 minutes before sun exposure. Measure -1.25 mL (about a pipette drop); for other formats, use a generous palm-ful.
• Massage evenly across face, neck, and exposed areas. Allow to absorb fully before makeup.
• Reapply every 2 hours, especially after swimming, sweating or towel-drying. Use daily as the final step in your skincare routine.
