At Esvora Organics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure all our products undergo rigorous quality checks before shipping. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a structured return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels, tags, and invoices intact.
- Returns are only accepted for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items delivered
- Expired items received
- Orders refused upon delivery under eligible cancellation
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please write to us at contact@esvoraworld.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images if the product is damaged/defective.
- Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the pickup or shipping process.
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong or defective item), we will bear the return shipping charges.
- For other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Non-Returnable Products
- Products that have been opened or used
- Items purchased on discount or during a promotional offer unless damaged or incorrect
- Personal care items not in their original condition
- Gift cards or bundled products, unless the full bundle is returned
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes our quality check.
- If eligible, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
6. Refunds in Case of Order Cancellation
- If your order is cancelled within 12 hours, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- If the order was cancelled after shipping or refused on delivery, the item must be returned and pass the quality check before the refund is processed.
7. Exchange Policy
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get another product, please place a new order after the refund is processed.
