Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may wish to cancel an order. Esvora Organics offers a flexible and transparent cancellation policy as outlined below:

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not already been packed or shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at contact@esvoraworld.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch:

  • Once the order has been packed and/or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If you still wish to refuse the delivery, the order will be treated as a return and processed under our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Auto-Cancellation:

  • We reserve the right to automatically cancel any order in the event of:
    • Non-availability of stock
    • Payment issues
    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
    • Orders deemed suspicious or fraudulent

4. Refund Timeline:

  • If your order is eligible for cancellation and has not been shipped, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Partial Order Cancellations:

  • If you wish to cancel specific items within an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We will assess the order status and respond accordingly.
